Unified 2023

Staring in 2023 we are pleased to announce a unified access protocol to address multi-site, multi-program, multi-login issues. Through this new protocol we will be able to integrate at launch 80% of our 200+ applications that are part of the Fresnaye & Company suite of services. As we traverse 2023, we will continue to integrate the remaining 20% of applications and services so that by fall all associates and contractors will use a single username and password to access everything Fresnaye & Company offers.

The Unified 2023 experience begins with a single login ID. Many users will be familiar with JumpCloud from our former CenturionAE entity that deployed the service several years ago. Today we are pleased to announce that we are rolling out JumpCloud along with Azure Active Directory via Office 365 as our new unified credentials.

Users will receive the below new account email from JumpCloud to one of two locations

  • F&C email Address – If a user already has a @fresnaye.com email address their JumpCloud new account notice will be sent to this email address
  • Personal Email Address – If a user does not have a @fresnaye.com email address then their JumpCloud new account notice will be sent to their personal email address on file. Inside the email will also detail their new @fresnaye.com email address that all communications and accounts will be tied to.

Users will follow the prompt to set up their account and be required to set their new password

Once you have completed your registration you now need to log into your JumpCloud account to activate all services. Please note that services will not activate across the enterprise until you perform an initial login. Users should also be aware that due to the number of background activation tasks occurring it may take up to 15 minutes for all services to become fully activated.

You will now be able to access the JumpCloud user portal moving forward at https://console.jumpcloud.com/userconsole#/ and through this users will be able to see both your approved applications( and change your password going forward.

Users will be able to access applications 1 of 2 ways using their JumpCloud ID

Full Email Address:

For services like the Syno Server, Dropbox, or Office 365 users will use their full F&C email address & password when prompted to login

Login With Button:

Some services such as F&C Portal will display a button for users to click to complete the login directly on the JumpCloud dashboard. Users will be prompted to login to their JumpCloud account using their full F&C email address & password

Multi Axis Federated Login

Multi Axis Federated Login is now enabled across all systems. This new feature means that users can login across different sites and services normally federated with their own credentials using their main account.

This new feature means that a user with a @fresnaye.com email address will no longer need sub-domain email address account name and passwords to login one of the F&C subsidiary accounts and instead can use their single domain across all 6 subsidiaries.

This feature works in all directions for all 6 subsidiaries and the main F&C holding company to grant access based on your needs. If a user attempts a login and is prompted with an error they can take the appropriate steps with Enterprise IT to acquire access.

Finally, Multi-Axis Federated Login is also enabled on multiple applications including Office 365 merging all 7 environments previously used into a single platform. Users will still only be able to see their respected environment but will now be treated as native users when added to MS Teams or SharePoint sites instead of as outside guest.

This Multi Axis Federated Login scenario shows a user with a @fresnaye.com email address able to access both the Caelum Bank and Roget & Albert systems but not the other 4 sub-sites
