How we got here.

Fresnaye was founded in 2021 by partners who had spent decades inside the world's largest consulting firms — and grew tired of the same pattern: a senior team wins the pitch, a junior team runs the work, and the client is left to translate the deliverable into something that ships.

We rebuilt the model around a simple idea: the people who promise the outcome should be the people who deliver it. That single decision shaped everything else — the way we hire, the engagements we accept, the way the firm grows.

What we believe.
