Who we hire.

Fresnaye hires senior practitioners — partners and senior associates with at least a decade of operating or consulting experience in the practice areas we cover. We don't run a campus pipeline, and we don't recruit out of business school.

We expect our hires to lead engagements, work shoulder-to-shoulder with client teams, and stay on the work until the change ships.

How we work.

  • Flat partnership. No artificial tiers between you and the client.
  • Anchor desks. Every partner is anchored at one office but travels with the work.
  • Outcomes, not utilization. We measure by engagements landed, not hours billed.
